Even i think that Michelle Williams did a great job in

But after I watch the real

Environmental Protection

What is my main activity lately?

I'll say,

one of the most important thing in 2012.

Preparing power point slides regards environmental protection for the whole school.

It is an awesome job!

By putting in my efforts,

more than 5000 people can realise the importance of environmental protection.

The power and area of influence is very huge.

=)

This is why I love my job.

The world can be changed through education.

I spent a week in  Dubai too... ^ ^

Fly with Emirates...

It's a very good flying experience =)

Dubai is one of the city in United Arab Emirates.
Abu Dhabi is the capital and second large city in United Arab Emirates.

It takes around one to two hours from Dubai to Abu Dhabi by car.

 This is the 8 stars hotel in Abu Dhabi

lol... all the ladies are required to wear this black dress and tudung before enter the mosque.

very luxury and beautiful mosque...

I only spent a day in Abu Dhabi.

The rest in Dubai.

 the must visit place in Dubai is Burj Khalifa

aka Dubai Tower

the tallest building in the world.

beside of the Burj Khalifa is

the world's biggest music fountain

it plays every half an hour with different music.

lol... curious me watched 3 times.

It is really different music and different pattern of fountain played.

 It is so beautiful....

The most unforgettable is desert safari =)

it is prohibited to take photo here... hehe...
one thing very special,
the beach is closed for men on Monday.
Every Monday, the beach is belong to Dubai ladies.

If you like to eat Dim Sum,

丁葵阁 Celestial Court in Sheraton Hotel

will be one of your good choice.

This is my favourite place to enjoy dim sum.

 they will change menu and add some new items or special from time to time.

 after order, drink puer tea and wait for the dim sum.

please be aware that most of  the dim sum here

will only start making after you place order.

So, it will take some time to serve.

But believe me,

it worth!

All very fresh and delicious.

  鱼翅，鲍鱼灌汤饺

一开始就以鱼翅漱口？？

不是啦。。这是新item,尝尝看。

这个小鲍鱼煮得非常好，

很爽口，一咬就断了。

（最怕吃到咬不断的，弄到人很狼狈）

 酿油条

与其他酿油条不同的是

它上面淋上的特调酱汁，非常开胃。

 炸虾条

几种水果配上虾子一起炸，

这种口感非常特别，

而且一点也没有油腻的感觉。

淋上的是芥末美乃滋。

我这个美乃滋爱好者每次都会向他们多要一盘芥末美乃滋。

 炸蚝

一层鱼肉酿着蚝

配上酸酸甜甜，有一点点辣的酱汁。

在这里，我必须强调的是

丁葵阁里所有的炸点心都会贴心地配上不同（完全不同！）的酱料，

而且是非常搭配食物的。

不用只是沾甜酱辣酱这么单调。

鹅肝红烧狮子头

中式的鹅肝比西式的非常不同。

可以尝一尝。

 这个黑炭包是我每次必点的。

嘻嘻。

由于点了后，厨师才开始烹调的，

所以每次都要等超过一小时。

所谓的皮薄馅靓，最好形容不过了！

其实这些点心都有非常好听的名字，

只是我没去记。哈哈。

 但是，这道炒饭的名堂我记得！

“经典阔佬炒饭”

就是看到这个名堂才点的。

其实就是鲍鱼，干贝，虾仁等炒饭。

个人觉得真的只是“阔佬”一点的料而已，味道一般。

French food lovers will not missed out Shangrila Lafite.

here i am...

you can choose to go for 3 courses or 5 courses.

I chose 5 courses meal.

can see the garden view from my table ^ ^

complimentry from the chef.

the left side, smoked salmon on stones.

the middle one really dunno what's tha, not really like it.

the round white thingy on the spoons look like scallops but it is something cold like sorbet. lol.

duck and mash potatoes are always on my order list.

Lafite signature- Lamb

Risotto, biscuit and white truffles!

I prefer white truffles compare to black.

How about you?

First time trying Venison in western food..

it look so red and raw..

 but it is really "very very nice" as Lafite recommanded..

were super full before desserts.

Advise you not to be too greedy...

Go for 3 courses meal is more than enough..
